How to Configure KonnektiveCRM Access?

There are two steps to connect Data Shuttle and KonnektiveCRM.

Step 1

  1. Within KonnektiveCRM Navigate to Admin/Users
  2. On the "Users" screen in the top right hand corner click the green button with a plus sign on it to "Add User"

  • Under the User Details section (the left panel) begin to fill out the form
    1. Username
    2. Email Address
    3. Admin Level
      1. Select "Api User"  (This is very important.  It will change the permissions in the right panel of the screen.
    4. IP Whitelist
      1. Add the following text: AWS
    5. Password
    6. Confirm
  • Configure the Access Details (the right panel) with the following permissions enabled
    1. Orders\Query Orders
    2. Customers\Query Customers
    3. Products\Query Products
    4. Miscellaneous\Query Campaigns
  • Click Create

Step 2

  1. Enter your KonnektiveCRM API User credentials into DataShuttle
  2. Within DataShuttle Navigate to Marketing/CRM
  3. Click the New CRM button in the top right hand corner

  5. The Create CRM panel should load
    1. Provider Name:  Enter in a unique name to identify your CRM
    2. Platform: Select Konnektive
    3. Timezone:  Please select the same time zone that you have configured in your Sticky.io account.
      1. If the time zones don't match it could impact your data imports
    4. Username: Enter the Konnektive API user name
    5. Password:  Enter the Konnektive API password
    6. Click Create
  6. Your DataShuttle now has access to ingest data from your KonnektiveCRM integration
  7. Click the Validate Credentials button
