How to Configure ClickSend Access?

There are two steps to connect Data Shuttle and ClickSend automation platform.

Step 1

  1. Within ClickSend navigate to "Account Settings" by clicking on your Account icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click "Add Subaccount" button and fill out the form.

  4. Put your Username, First Name, Last Name, Email and Mobile number.
  5. In"Permissions" section check necessary checkboxes for "Share Contacts" and "Access SMS".

  7. Click "Save"
  8. After completing those steps you'll have your "Username" and "API Key" data.

Step 2

  1. Enter your SlickSend API User credentials into DataShuttle
  2. Within DataShuttle Navigate to "Automation Platform"
  3. Click the New Automation Platform button in the top right hand corner

  5. The Create Automation Platform panel should load
    1. Provider Name:  Enter in a unique name to identify your Automation Platform
    2. Platform: Select Clicksend
    3. Provider Type: Select SMS (for mobile-related services.) or Email (for email marketing platforms)
    4. Username: Enter the ClickSend API user name
    5. API Key:  Enter the ClickSend API key
    6. Click "Create"
  6. Your DataShuttle now has access to ingest data from your ClickSend integration
  7. Click the Validate Credentials button
