There are two steps to connect Data Shuttle and ClickSend automation platform.
Step 1
- Within ClickSend navigate to "Account Settings" by clicking on your Account icon in the top right corner.
- Click "Add Subaccount" button and fill out the form.
- Put your Username, First Name, Last Name, Email and Mobile number.
- In"Permissions" section check necessary checkboxes for "Share Contacts" and "Access SMS".
- Click "Save"
- After completing those steps you'll have your "Username" and "API Key" data.
Step 2
- Enter your SlickSend API User credentials into DataShuttle
- Within DataShuttle Navigate to "Automation Platform"
- Click the New Automation Platform button in the top right hand corner
- The Create Automation Platform panel should load
- Provider Name: Enter in a unique name to identify your Automation Platform
- Platform: Select Clicksend
- Provider Type: Select SMS (for mobile-related services.) or Email (for email marketing platforms)
- Username: Enter the ClickSend API user name
- API Key: Enter the ClickSend API key
- Click "Create"
- Your DataShuttle now has access to ingest data from your ClickSend integration
- Click the Validate Credentials button
